The WhiteSpace Health team is comprised of talented individuals who all possess significant expertise in healthcare technology and revenue cycle management. We know firsthand that there is a lot of information being captured in healthcare, by people in vastly different roles and under a wide variety of conditions – and most of this information isn’t being used effectively, if at all. With data stored in departmental silos, it’s hard to create dashboards that support the entire organization with high value activities such as strategic planning, daily performance monitoring, and decision making. Our mission is to change this by delivering fresh, actionable insights and ongoing surveillance of operational performance that informs your business decisions and supports the important work you do.

Our Leadership Team

Gautam Char is a seasoned business leader skilled in health information technology and revenue cycle management. He has a wealth of experience bringing products to market and rapidly growing companies. Known for building high performance teams that create valuable products and solutions for customers, Char’s talent for collaboration and his industry knowledge will position WhiteSpace Health for growth and excellence. Most recently, Gautam Char was President of Healthcare at Kriya Capital, an investment firm with a healthcare portfolio that includes patient and RCM products, and services for providers. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at IKS Health as Chief Operations and Technology Officer. Char earned his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and his master’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University.

Jereen Mathew is responsible for building out the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform and Business Intelligence (BI) solution to improve the return on investment, productivity, and quality of RCM services.  For the past 15 years Mathew managed RCM operations for various revenue cycle service providers. His expertise includes overseeing client deliverables (KPI management through process improvement), implementing BI solutions and workflow automation tools that help stakeholders meet their financial and strategic goals. Experienced working with large groups such as hospitals, managed service organizations and private equity as well as physician owned practices, Mathew deeply understands the needs of physicians, practice/hospital management and C-suite executives.  Mathew earned his bachelors in Computer Science Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. He garnered the “Professional Excellence Award” at the international alumni meeting. 
Ahmed Mukadam serves as WhiteSpace Health's Vice President of Technical Product Management. Mukadam has deep experience with healthcare information technology, EHRs, and software development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
As WhiteSpace Health’s Vice President of Operations, Kalyan is an experienced director skilled in service delivery, operations management, customer relationship management (CRM), and business process improvement. A strong operations professional, he has been with WhiteSpace Health for over seven years.
As WhiteSpace Health’s Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Ryan Greenhaw is responsible for leading all direct sales and channel sales efforts.  With more than 10 years exclusively in healthcare IT, Greenhaw has deep experience in practice management systems and electronic health records,  artificial intelligence, as well as revenue cycle and analytics solutions. Previously, Greenhaw has held sales and leadership roles at marquee organizations that serve medical practices such as DataFile Technologies, Recondo Technology, PremierInc, and athenahealth.  He holds a BS in Finance and Business Management from the University of Kansas.
Hari offers over 22 years of experience in successfully completing large scale project delivery assignments, quality management, practice set-up & management, key account management and software development & testing. As VP Engineering at WhiteSpace Health, he is a strong team leader and facilitator that fosters an atmosphere that motivates highly talented professionals to balance high-level skills with maximum productivity.
Carrie Bauman serves as VP of Marketing for WhiteSpace Health where she is responsible for packaging and branding, corporate communications and PR, events, and campaign management, as well as digital marketing and CRM ownership.  Bauman earned a BA in Communication and a BS in health information management from The Ohio State University as well as her RHIA credential from AHIMA.  Her clinical work includes 7 years leading HIM departments and implementing technology in acute care and pharma. For more than 20 years, she has held product marketing and leadership roles at McKesson, GE Healthcare, and several early-stage companies with successful exits. She is Pragmatic Marketing certified and masters prepared in health services administration from Central Michigan University.  
An entrepreneurial product leader, Ani Osborne has spent more than a decade successfully developing and launching products and platforms in the health information technology industry. As head of the B2B products at MDsave, Osborne owned the product vision and strategy that led the company to grow its revenue by 1000% year over year for 7 years, raise $30 million in capital and rank #152 on the 2018 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Companies in America. Most recently, she worked closely with Vanderbilt University's Health Affairs team and Whitehouse executives to support the Price Transparency Executive Order Issued by the President in November 2019. Ani Osborne holds multiple patents in the healthcare industry and has earned an MBA from Tennessee Tech University. 
Sagit Goldenberg serves WhiteSpace Health as Vice President of Product Management, responsible for building out the business intelligence platform and value-based care solution lines. Goldenberg has spent 17 years working in acute care, emergency departments and healthcare technology. Her clinical studies and lab research in Urology/Oncology for early detection of Prostate and Bladder cancer, as well as in Thoracic and Vascular Surgery to find better treatments for aneurysm, led to the publication of several scientific papers. Over the last seven years, Goldenberg developed, launched,  and managed a variety of product portfolios and platforms that helped physicians and other healthcare professionals provide high quality care.
Ivan Bradshaw is an Operations & Management executive with over 20 years of experience in US Healthcare, specifically in Revenue Cycle Management. He is an outcome-oriented leader with demonstrated success in building high-performance delivery teams & leading sophisticated service organizations with P&L responsibility. His earlier associations include organizations like Deloitte Consulting India , Apollo Health Street, Promantra and IKS Health, etc. Prior to joining White Space Health , Ivan served as the Co-Founder & Executive Vice President at Epicle Inc providing both strategic and tactical direction to the Organization.
As Vice President – Product Implementation & Support, Sanchit is responsible for management of client requirements from the point a contract is signed until the client is active on our products. He supports teams and functions that cover product development of the analytics solutions and enhancements to meet client customization requirements. He oversees product support & maintenance through a Tier I and Tier II support team that cover monitoring and management of data loads, triaging, follow up, response, and resolution of all incoming service requests and incidents.
Brad Kaunitz is our Head of Talent at WhiteSpace Health. Finding and engaging with top tier talent is what has made and keeps us successful and this function is pivotal in bringing passionate talent into the WSH family. Brad is responsible for owning our entire hiring process soup-to-nuts including job related advertising, employer branding, creative sourcing, Interview training, and driving our hiring process from start to onboarding – All with facilitating an awesome candidate experience. Brad earned his BS in Psychology from Michigan State University and fell in love with talent acquisition right away. He comes with a mix of both agency and in house experience, being hands on in running large corporate teams at companies like Pfizer and has many years’ experience building internal Talent functions from scratch in many different SaaS startups.
Michael Indrigo is our Vice President of Client Success, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and services with deep domain expertise in revenue cycle management and analytics. He leads a team that is committed to delivering an integrated and enhanced client experience. With previous leadership roles in client management, support, implementation and business development as well as product management, Michael brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of how important it is for an organization to work together in not only capturing the voice of our customers but also delivering business solutions that solve their problems. All while championing them with world class service, innovation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
With 20 years of experience in US & Middle East healthcare services, Jai Devasir serves as WhiteSpace Health's Associate Vice President of RCM Product. Jai has a range of experience in Physician, Hospital, Payer and DME settings. He is a specialist in process automations, rule engine development, AI, ML for medical coding & revenue cycle management.

Kalyan Kanaparti

Head of Operations, India

As one of WhiteSpace Health’s founding members, Kalyan Kanaparti leads technical operations and service delivery from our Hyderabad, Telangana, India office. An experienced technical leader with more than 20 years in health information technology, Kanaparti holds academic credentials in engineering and management.  He thrives on creating effective solutions through the innovative application of resources. Prior to WhiteSpace Health, Kanaparti built and managed the largest non-captive production center for MModal, Inc. (now Aquity Solutions) 

Carrie Bauman

Vice President, Marketing​

Sagit Goldenberg

Vice President, Product Management - Platform
